Real Estate-Buyers Market
As you are aware, buying a home is a major purchase. With regards to the current state of the real estate market, it is critical that you don't overpay for your home or make concessions to the seller that shouldn’t have been made.
The ultimate goal for homeowners is to be happy with the home you have chosen, the price you have paid and to have confidence that you have worked with a realtor who kept your best interests in mind throughout the transaction.
I do understand that the 24X7 news of Wall Street this past week is or can be a little unsettling as you consider buying a home. I can provide a voice of calm because I'm in the market daily working with reputable lenders, appraisers, home inspectors and closing attorneys. The standard I have for myself is high and I work to uphold it. My goal as a realtor is to provide my clients with outstanding customer service.
